Signing Khedira after getting Sanchez would be a pretty serious statement of intent. He's a 27 year-old too, seems old for Arsene

very conflicting reports around Khedira. Some outlets saying its done whilst others saying he wants too much $$. I wouldnt pay him more than Sanchez or Ozil. He would be a great signing though.

Yep, not sure a CM pairing would work of those 2 would work. Khedira(and Ramsey) would be better suited next to a Matic style player.

Not unless Wengers looking to change to a 433 and is also bringing in a DM.

For the alleged fee and wages, I think Wenger would baulk and instead move for a deep lying mid. Time will tell.

Don't be ridiculous, Khedira would be a walk up start in our side. Would be perfect in the pivot next to Matic and spell the end of guys like Ramires and Mikel.

I would love to sign him, but I think he'll end up at Arsenal. Not sure he's really what you guys need 1st team wise, but he'll add great squad depth and competition for places.

You may be on the money with this one glen ferry. Just doesn't seem to have any real legs. The whole 'put off by wages' thing was actually reported about a week ago. Could it be that this was a big media beat-up? It looks like it.
