Out of interest do you know his disposal efficiency as to me Lloyd is an excellent user of the ball?

Just keeps getting better. His composed , uses the ball extremely well and can play inside and out. His work of the ball last night was very good and runs both ways.
Im impressed and IF he continues this way he might become at starting 21 player by years end.

These coaches don't promote young guys unless they've shown that they're committed to working hard defensively (Lewis Jetta circa 2010 aside), so the fact he runs both ways and isn't afraid to tackle doesn't particularly surprise me.

What has surprised me is just how clean he is and how good his decision making is. He's McVeigh-like at times with how quick his hands are, how good his vision is and how compact and consistent his disposal by foot is.

No way would I select Tom Mitchell to play across the HF line over Lloyd right now. Not a chance.

Yeah it sort of seems that, in terms of team structure, Mitchell is basically competing with Kennedy and Bird for a spot. Which is tough.

As I've said in other threads, I'd like to see them try Cunningham in Jetta's role, and bring Mitchell into the side at the expense of LJ.
