Lol, that future second could be pick 19.

21 at best - don't forget Carlton's PP for winning 0 games next year and compo pick for losing <disgruntled> star next year.

Central District prospect, Corey Durdin put his name in lights as one for the future after taking out the 2018 Kevin Sheehan Medal during South Australia's title-winning Under 16 National Championships. The 173cm pocket-rocket plied his trade as a zippy ball-winning midfielder at that stage, but has transitioned into a more forward-oriented role of late.
So he was 173 cm in the U16s and 7 years later he is ... (checks notes) ... 173 cm.

While I’m not blown away by this acquisition, I’m willing to give any of our 2026 recruits a chance when I remind myself they won’t be playing under a loser like Ken Hinkley.
That's the spirit! I am heading into the 2026 as a glass-half-full gal. Minimal expectations but hoping the days will be far better than 2025!

You're that short living in Golden Grove, you're gonna be tough.

DRAFT ANALYSIS: “One of the premier pure smalls in this year's cohort, Durdin is clean at ground level and tough over the ball.” – Michael Alvaro

Durdin has remained a mainstay among his state's elite pathways, turning out thrice during last year's Under 18 carnival, and strutting his stuff during the Under 17 All-Star showcase on AFL Grand Final day. His clean skills and defensive pressure have seen him thrive in Centrals' senior side since earning a debut in 2019, going on to play nine more times as a top-ager before his season was cut short by consecutive hamstring injuries. The same knock kept him from testing at this year's South Australian combine.
Durdin's another player we can troll Blackwing over...

Seems a talented kid (they all are to be in the System) who just never grew anymore, still seems to have time and a tidy disposal, also the workrate/willingness to do the dirty stuff which matches the ability, unlike few we have recently got rid of who clearly had one outweighing the other.

Seems like an awesome big brother. Don't mind decent human beings being at Port.

Terrific human. Wish him nothing but the best back home.

Has really struggled with injuries for a couple of years now, and the shoulders will never be the same again... but that doesn't mean he's no good. He probably suffered more than anyone from our shambolic F50 entries, simply could not get to the right spots often enough, so if you guys can fix that via system/coaching, he could be a good little pickup for very little cost.

May I remind everyone that Josh Carr is only 178 cm and he wasn't a bad player for port at all. I am prepared to see what Durdin can do under the tutelage of our new coaching group.
