Too good today, showed our softies how to play wet weather football.:thumbsu:

Great win by the swans, cant deny you guys wanted it more than us.

here we go, is this the thread where etiquette requires me to say "thanks mate, good effort blah blah blah"??

Call it bad sportsmanship, call it what you want but the crap Ive put up with all week on bigfooty all I got is, cop that you over hyped bunch of plodders.

Thanks for paying your respects.

When you see me sticking the boots into north and their supporters, please know that I'm not talking directly to you.

So why were you so sure you would beat us old school?

Kudos to old school for at least fronting up after a loss and admitting he was wrong. :thumbsu:

Yep, kudos to the Swans who once again owned us in the contested situation and displayed a willingness to get numbers to the contest.

Gave us a lesson in effective ball use and a huge positive for you guys I thought was despite having your number one ruckmen out as well as your number one trump, still had the best bigmen on the ground.

Good signs for you guys.

Lol OS can't help himself.

Thanks to any gracious Kangaroos supporters out there, the rest can get ****ed.

No, I didn't.

I actually believed some of the weather reports on this board regarding the brilliant drainage and warm sunny day forecasts.

I won't be doing that again.

5 minutes in to the match and I started to worry.

I would not have tipped North if I had been armed with the ground/weather conditions and the North starting 22.

Anyway, it's done now, hopefully we catch up again in September and not in bloody Sydney.

Yeah, you guys looked really good in the dry conditions during the first quarter.

Good win today.....learning curve for us to be switched on for every game regardless on who doesnt line up against. (goodes, mummy) footy lesson learned. See you in september.
Really sad to see Gary Rohan get that nasty injury.....hate seeing them full stop. Jason Dunstall highlighted on foxsports thats the very reason why the tribunal went hard on Goodes. Again I just hope G Rohan gets back to where he should be, one of the future stars of the game.

I feel that some norf posters, equipped with a pathological denial of reality after every loss, are now moving 'weather conditions' into the realm of legitimate excuses.

AFL is a winter game, ffs

I think this is the best start in living memory and hopefully we keep this run going.

also Luke Parker was awesome :thumbsu:

Dunstall's comment made no sense, other than to have another mindless dig at Goodes, especially as he also said that Thomas did nothing wrong.

Maybe Goodes should just be suspended for another month because Thomas went in foot first.
