Well Done WCE

This may not matter to many others(although id say because it was done some people had complained) but the mail i recieved from the WCE today showed how much they care about quality of service.

Since 2001 when i became a member i have been 1 to happily stick the car stickers onto my parents car. 2001-2003 stickers are still proudly stuck to the back of my folks triton. This year, since i now live in Perth and have my own car i was very happy to stick the 2004 sticker onto my car. However it soon became apparent these stickers sucked. All the yellow was faded off it about 2 months ago and now even the blue was starting to go. I wasnt overly fussed, its only a sticker, right?

Well today in the mail i, and im sure all you members out there did too, got sent a replacement sticker. Didnt ask for it, hadnt complained, but it explained how they had become aware it was not up to standard and so printed new ones, which have been weather protected. So i happily took the old 2004 one off and stuck the new one, colours and all on.

Quality of service they do REALLY care about our club

Didn't get my sticker in the mailbox today, but will definately look out for it. The club is very good at small attention to detail matters

When I was a member of the peters icecream junior group they used to send every member a birthday card on their birthday signed by Woosha and Micky Malthouse. That always made me feel really special!

My car already has stickers from last year, so this year i will put superglue on the back and stick it over the collingwood sticker I see.
