I tuned into it and cringed when I saw him doing that. Was ****ing horrible and completely unfunny.

At least Kelly admitted to being hopeless. Carr comes off with this sense that he's actually good at comedy.

At least he writes his own songs.. Guy does have a good voice.. But where is he? He made 2 maybe 3 singles and that's it.. Guy had the voice but couldnt write the music.. Wes has a great voice, different from other Idol winners and he's a good songwriter. If you listen to the words other than the woah oh oh oh oh oh, it's pretty good lyrics in that song

Guy is in America, and the last I heard his song is the "theme" for NBC in their summer. That's a hell of a lot better than woah oh oh oh"

That is true, but in fairness if you listen to one Nickelback song it's almost passable. It's just that after you hear another song or listen to the first song more than one time, you feel like throwing a brick through your radio.

That is terrible, and the fight scene is just pathetic. Not sure if Carr is to blame as I doubt he wrote the song or came up with the video, but I've never cringed so much within 3 minutes!

Hold up, Marney, I don't know about anyone else but I do support Aussie singers and if you were ever in the last Australian Idol thread you'd know I was probably his biggest fan of all.

If he had a decent writer or could write this stuff himself like he was doing before, then I'm sure it'd turn out better and I'd be happily be listening to his music and feel proud that he's our own. The commercial sound of his new songs and the terrible lyrics have turned me away, but I'll be back if the real Wes Carr returns.
