I was listening to Lizz Wright's first two albums last night. Salt and Dreaming Wide Awake. She is my favourite living female singer. Perfect pitch, her voice just seems to float among the notes on both these albums. Great albums to relax to.
This is the title track of her Dreaming Wide Awake Album. If you have never heard of her give her a listen.

Tears for Fears - From The Seeds of Love album, Woman In Chains featuring Oleta Adams wonderful voice. To me this goes along side The Great Gig In The Sky as a masterpiece of the female voice. This is a live version with Oleta on the Grand Piano.
