Lol at Collingwood supporters saying they want Lethal... He turned your club into a rabble after 1990, your club gave him the boot, the players hated him etc etc

When was the last time your mob beat us in a grand final? When was the last time Lethal's team beat us?

I have a soft spot for him. Lethal did something that no coach was able to do for 32 years. Do the maths.

Millane's death rocked the club for over a decade, you can't replace somebody of his aura, and nobody has fully recovered to this day. He absolutely loved the club with a passion.

Pagan has worked miracles at Carlton since Elliott passed him the poisoned chalice as a parting gift.

Under the circumstances(Club finances, Board disunity and limited cattle) he deserves a gold medal. His management of Fevola and big Red alone has been fantastic. Lesser coaches would have given up on them ages ago.

The other 3 have lost their hunger and, unless their sides have a major turnaround this season, ought to retire gracefully. They also have nothing left to prove.

Sheedy has your side looking like rabble and Matthews has won the same amount of flags in a shorter time plus 2 of Lethal's flags came against Sheedy and the other two against Malthouse.

I voted Matthews.

Sorry relapse, Essendon are far from a rabble, Sheedy has yet again built up a list ready to challenge for a flag in a few years time. Monfries, Stanton, Watson, Davey, Jetta, Gumbleton will be the nucleus for the next 10 years.

I never once compared Lethal to Sheedy btw, but if you want to you could argue that he was handed a team of champions to him by Northey.

That argument for your youngsters pulling a team up the ladder could be used by Carlton, Collingwood, Hawthorn, Kangaroos, Port Adelaide, Richmond, Brisbane and Western Bulldogs.
At the moment you are a rabble.

Kevin Sheedy no doubt!!

He is a genuine great coach and great around the club promoting (Mathews just gets into bitch fights until players leave).

Kevin didn't just have 1 great team to work with, he has built and rebuilt many teams over the years and his impecable finals record is what is most attractive for me. He definately knows how ot build a winning formula and culture and has won many premierships with many different players.

Lethal had his main run with a team of superstars, and even then it is Kevin Sheedy who is responsible for assembling the greatest team in the history of the AFL - Essendon 2000.

If you are currently judging Kevin because he has missed the finals for 2 years then get some perspective, this poll shouldn't be a landslide and if it were held at any other point in time then Sheedy would come out in front. Who cares if they were a rabble last year? He'll get the, out because he's Kevin Sheedy. I wish he had of coached us instead.

Seriously 27 years or so and he's only ever missed the finals 2 years in a row. As a Richmond supporter that sounds bloody extremely fantastic to me.
