My Top 5:
1. Geelong
2. Collingwood
3. Carlton
4. West Coast
5. Hawthorn

It was definitely a fight between Geelong and Collingwood. Both are filled with consistent gun players, but Geelong won by a slight margin because past footy players have claimed that Geelong's was better (including Akermanis).

difference between intimidating and good??

i don't really think teams get intimidated by anything other than an opposition team being good nowadays...

Whats so intimidating about Mitch Robinson?

Nothing to you, as a supporter. I'm sure there's plenty of players who dislike going in the same contest as he does, though.

Tried to post a picture of Dustin Martin in this thread but it wouldn't work. Kept saying the thread was too intimidated by the file.

Im not sure what this thread is trying to get at.

Is it the best midfields in the league or most physically intimidating?

West Coast fourth?

I'm not sure.

Are we talking about ruck dominance here? Because most teams midfields would look elite with those pinpoint taps Cox pulls out. And by that logic, a fully fit Freo is probably their equal.

Cox/Naitanui are dominant and Priddis/Kerr are contested ball/clearance machines. Pretty intimidating I would have thought. I think after those 4 it kind of drops off a bit though. Shuey is quality but.

..your coach thinks your midfield needs to get better, has mentioned a few times this season that they've been beaten..

Fair comments. And the Cox to Kerr partnership was well highlighted this week but... thats probably the first time in three years its clicked (obvious Kerr injuries taken into account).

I'm not quite sure I'd have them before Hawthorn though.

Whatever you want. Intimidating in any manner. The simple question was "Who has the most intimidating midfield?". West Coast is pretty intimidating actually. They've got heaps of good players: Priddis, Selwood etc. Freo probably sixth or seventh on their list. Too Pavlich and Sandilands-dependent.
