Beg to differ: Neville Fields did OK considering (he'd already played 300) but losing the Danihers was outrageous - a dreadful deal by Swans. Neagle also had some great seasons in Sydney.
But you forgot Andrew Bomford and Ryan O'Connor! Uuuuurrrrggggghhhhhh (Sideshow Bob shudder).

My point was ...RE danihers ...that we seem to do Better than most out of trades although we do have our Bad one's:)

Forgot about Bomford ( Actually succeeded in erasing that Memory...Well I had anyway. ;) ) and a lot will want to add Mr. Doolan to the list.

We had Rhino first though

In the red & blue:
Scott Chisholm (Go Scotty, go... oh no!!)
Paul Bryce (mental - Schimma knew it)
Andrew Lamprill (a great goal on debut, then....)
Kelvin Templeton (if only it WAS 1979...)
Gary Moorcroft (if only it WAS 1999...)
Xavier Tanner
Wayne Henwood
Darryl Scott
Ivan Bartul, Donald & David C-Collins (just couldn't make the grade).

Thank heavens for Northey's Richmond taking John Howat and Christian O'Sullivan of our hands...

Wills did have that one great quarter against Melbourne in 99 or 2000 (all the Wallace years are a blur now). He roved the packs gaining possesions and set up a couple of good goals from memory. So in light of this he doesn't score as poorly as Allen Jakovich IMO. I can't remember Jako doing anything other than falling on his backside in the goalsquare while he played for us. Poor old Jako :(

He kicked 3 goals that day inspiring the team with his genius and cleanly shaven bald head, subsequently providing the impetus for us to beat Essendon later in the season

Wills is a God

Geeeez, this hurts a bit, but reading this thread does demonstrate how well the bombers have recruited over the years. And you cant really argue, as they have been by far the most consistent for almost 25 years.

The Tigers have been the opposite..

Congrats to the bombers and all, but things change, life moves through cycles... just ask Carlton.. (but dont ask St.kilda;) )

As a Bomber I must beg to differ.

Tony Antrobus
Keiran Sporn
Andrew Underwood
Andrew Bomford
(all ended up at other teams which is funny)

Judd Lalich
Michael Symons
Willie ****
Kevin Mitchell

were all so bad noone else wanted them.

It hasn't been all beer and skittles at Windy Hill, we've had some duds.

The worst in my eyes to ever pull on the Brown and Gold of the Mighty Hawks is Simon Minton Connell. It still makes me cringe to think he was at the club.:(
