If I had to pick, it'll be Adelaide, Freo and (obviously I'm biased) the Hawks.

I don't think you can say Adelaide and Freo are "risers" though because Adelaide should have played finals last year and Freo did in 2022, they've done a fair bit of their rising already. Both a year or two ahead of where the Hawks should be at in 2024, I'm hoping.
