Will Reimers make it?

Havent heard much about this kid.. Before or after the draft really.. Whats peoples thought who have seen him play (or train)

Bottom ager and as i've said before has a lot of upside. A bit like Nash in that noone heard anything about him for his first 2 seasons. I rekon he could be long-term the best of the draftees bar Gumbleton.

After yesterday i agree 100% on griffen. He was very very impressive, has some of the best kicking skills on the side. there was one pass were he somehow spotted up JJ free about 50 metres away on the other forward flank and he hit him dead on the chest, he didnt even have to move. I reckon if he puts in the hard work, and continues to play well he will make it for sure.

With Nash, Lovett-Murray, Cole and Welsh all struggling with injury atm I think he could debut very soon if he keeps up his decent vfl form.

Will certainly add to our running game off the half back line.

Eventually i think they hope he will be midfield. I like him , goes in hard and is a very nice left foot kick. Has pretty good vision as well.

I agree KJ, saw the kid play yesty & was impressed.
Also liked the looks of Hislop, Lonergan & the big fella at FF/CHF, Johns.
The two younger guys are hard at it & fearless.
FWIW I thought JJ ran out the game well & got a fair bit of the ball too.

He reminds me of the Luke Hodge style of play. Really hard and tough at the ball. Can give away the odd free kick but goes in and gets it.

it's good that we have drafted a few guys who attack the ball fiercely in the last couple of years.

reimers, hislop, houli and lonergan will compliment jetta, davey and dempsey in the years to come
