I think you are reasonable in stating that he has some great strengths as a captain, though. Very much ride-or-die, with-us-or-against-us type. Would have been a fantastic 1970s captain.

Surprised that the AFL allow single captains anymore. Not very inclusive for the rest of the team and certainly not representative of the broader community. AFL must do better and mandate each side must have at least 5 captains to cover off on all the victim seeking minority muppets.
