Damn. We certainly have a bit of good talent coming through but that looks very average compared to some of the other prospects.

Geary and Steven will be stars. A. Smith is looking like a good prospect. Goddard at 30 will be as good as ever. Armitage has the talent and ability but hasn't shown the motivation yet.

Important thing for Melbourne is to find some strong outside runners to complement Scully, Trengove, Gysberts and McKenzie who are tracking to become our key starting mids. Moloney and Jones have plenty of footy left to help them out. Sylvia and Jetta can play half forward and midfield. We need a couple like Blease (inj) and Bennell (who has so far played back and forward in his career) to give us that speed and skill outside.
