What is the tenure with Ross Lyon's contract at Freo? A good friend in Melbourne has it that Carlton are closing in on Ross for 2016 which is why Mick contract is not being extended. He is a great coach and has taken Fremantle to the next level and it would be a kick in the guts if he left to go back east.

He had a pretty nasty go at weegle's recruiters last night as well. Saying he can't see any of the players they've drafted in the last 4 years becoming A or B grade players, and that darker days lay ahead for them.

Seemed pretty harsh at the time.
