I just think if a young player is fit it's in their best interest to play

Before we know it they won't be dead rubbers but he won't have the experience we need from him

Obviously you don't risk him if it's 80-90%, but if he's fit he plays imo
That's what I said :p if he's fine play him. If not don't.

The leg Daisy hurt wasn't even the same leg as his bad ankle.

Unfortunately Daisy did go down on his right leg after he came back on, there is footage on sunday footy show of him landing after a marking contest with Enright, then grabs at his right leg. Graham is however blocking the view at the time of impact.

Interesting. They showed it last night on ed and Derm and it was his left.

mmm...its in the 3rd quarter, It was actually Mark Blicavs landing on this ankle

@ 13:42 of 3rd quarter. (or just select "free kick" then select geelong's 3rd free kick (mark blicavs). Definitely hobbles off favoring his right side. the back camera angle is quite clear.

Dale Thomas: suffered bone bruising to his left knee and a medial side sprain to his right ankle. Scans have cleared him of any structural damage.
Although this medial sprain is on the same ankle that Thomas previously had operated, it is important to note that it has not damaged the lateral side injury that Thomas suffered in 2012/13.

Troy Menzel: suffered an AC joint sprain to his left shoulder, which is a reoccurrence of the injury sustained in Round 18.

Scans cleared Menzel of any structural damage and he will be a test this week.

Brock McLean: a late withdrawal from Friday night’s game after experiencing tightness in his right calf during the warm up.

Scans have confirmed he has suffered a minor strain and he will miss this week.

David Ellard: will miss the last two games of the season with a severe strain to his right ankle.

Scans immediately after the game cleared Ellard of any bone damage, however they have revealed a severe strain.

Ellard will wear a moon boot for 2-3 weeks before beginning rehab.
