I don't think it matters. Buckley has already demonstrated a lack of giving 2 f**ks about making the right changes on a weekly basis so who cares?

Carlton will win anyway. So start the week after changes thread from now in advance.
* up.

Why is Sandilands so relevant to Witts? Yes they are both super tall.... and so what? Does that mean they will end up the same player? OF COURSE NOT.

Witts is not showing an upward trajectory that all players do if they are to become great players, he has flat lined as a very ordinary ruckmen who regularly gets beaten by other young ruckmen (Sinclair and Gawn just in the past few weeks).
Witts has been disappointing since he did his shoulder last year but he will be a good player you just need to have patients

He MIGHT be a good player, but with his value so high being a young ruckmen I think the best move for the club long term is get someone who will be a great player.

Dangle him in front of GWS and see what they have to offer.

Thought Witts was better than Grundy today (both were ordinary).

I'm over Buckley. Crap team selection and hopeless forward and back structures. What is this s**t of leaving the corridor completely open? He is lost.

Out: Complacency, lack of desire

In: A four quarter effort.

Or, just show the whole club a tape of Travis Varcoe's efforts today.

Personnel changes won't fix what has happened in the final terms the last 3 weeks, it may help a little, but if we fade out again next week we will lose again.

Out: Moore
In: Blair
forward line to tall and not enough forward pressure. Play Blair from the goal square and Elliot sub again.

Fas lucky to keep his place.

Bad call Rorzza

Moore is our most promising young kid on the list, gotta get games into him. He isn't even performing poorly !

Thought I'd just add to the chorus of those wanting to banish the Seed. He hasn't played well in the VFL, and his performance today showed that he was undeserving of the spot. Maybe we needed some run and carry in the side, but if he can't produce it in the VFL, why would we think he can do it in the seniors. He might yet become a decent player, but he's not there yet.

White--Shouldn't have been dropped. Our forward line look shambolic today.

Dropping Seedsman is too easy. Why not just throw him head first into the water and see if he swims or sinks? Play him as a mid at the contest or something. Force him to follow the ball around instead of flirting on the side of the contest.

It's not like it will actually matter in the end. We're not playing finals.

Then Drop Brown and Frost and play Seedsman at FB

True but leaders need to be looked at in Pendles and Leadership Group.

Will lack of Ĺeaders out there today

One of our ruckmen have to be dropped.
It has shown in the last few weeks that we are far to slow and cumbersome around the ground with both in.
Both also add no value at all to our forward line when resting there.

Out: Witts or Grundy, Seedsman, Goldsack, De Goey
In: White, Cloke, Reid, Kennedy.

White to finally play as 3rd tall/2nd ruck like we recruited him for.
Play Darcy or Reid as FF and White on the HFF/FP rotating through the ruck.
De Goey has been down lately and looks like he needs a week off.

What happens for this club if we lose to Carlton?

Does the word crisis start being thrown around?
We probably end up creating the second worst losing streak in club history. 13 is the worst, 9 the next worst. Lose to Carlton then lose to the 3 actual good teams we have to play, and that's 10 losses.

Then it's crisis time.

Why cast your mind forward to next week? Some of the posts today make it clear that the End of Days is already upon us.
