Pulse - 72 reg

Today

Weight - 109.8 ( loss 3.4 )
Waist - 118cm ( 5 cm loss )
BMI - 36.5 ( down 1.1 - was at 50 when i was at my heaviest )

Seated BP - 107.68 ( down 4.0 )
Pulse - 68 reg ( down 4 )




Got home , looked in the mirror like....

I watched the 2013 grand final at work today, they had it playing on 3 60 inch tv's . I over celebrated Smith's long bomb goal and got busted dancing around to the Hawthorn club song at the end... oops.

Coles radio playing country music. I've noticed it more and more lately and tonight on my way home from Uni I stopped at my local Coles and as I walked in, Home by Blake Shelton came on. I was probably the only person in the store who knew the song but I loved it.
