. What a way to let down your team and club in the name of self interests!
(my favourite 1:40 on).

Maxwell's players respect him.
Judd on the other hand...
In all seriousness, Nick 'crybaby' riewoldt takes the cake by a country mile. St Kilda does nothing for their mental image or strength by employing a captain who constantly cries and gets emotional regarding his footy. How can anyone take such a spud seriously (pardon the pun). This is poor leadership and imparts his same mental weakness to the rest of the squad as a result.
He can't score when he has a shot to win the game, he cries and gives up early in the season against Collingwood due to getting a little bit hurt and he plays in the grand final severely injured and gets schooled by an inexperienced and rising Geelong defender. What a way to let down your team and club in the name of self interests!
This is a stark contrast to Premiership Winning captain Tom Harley, who comes back on to the field after being knocked out concussed by his opposition in their losing 2008 Grand Final.
Not to mention, this little pretty boy fails to get involved when his team is in an all in brawl because he is a better downhill skier than AFL Role Model.
Here are some images to depict this failure of a captain/AFL Player.
Trying to hide in the hope it will go away.!

Nick Riewoldt seen here trying to protect his boys like a sissy and getting belted (even by a Chilean ex footballer) at the start of this clip.

A Failed Captain for A Failed Club!

Wow, Riewoldt shed a few tears when he injured his shoulder about 5 years ago and was upset about letting his team down after just being appointed captain for the first time. Suddenly he is a crybaby that constantly cries and is a poor leader.
How about you start living in the present and have a look at the 2009 season, Riewoldt was the outstanding captain in the AFL which was reflected by him being appointed AA captain. Compare that to 3rd man up Harley who hardly even played the last couple of seasons and there is no contest.
Anyway now that Harley is retired I guess Geelong will be appointing this hardman as captain.
