Its not even NAB cup and Im sick of Dangerfield.

The Dangerfield leaving is all media hype. The more articles, and hypothetical they create they eventually start believing the shit that comes out of their mouth as fact. I have to say though, when he does sign on with us it will be a great thing for the club, bigger than Boak re-signing.

Still reckon its 60% chance he is gooone....top 4 and a brownlow could change things, I guess that's less than a 40% chance of happening anyway but still a chance......has a brownlow medallist ever changed clubs for the next season? Maybe he needs to channel his inner bobby skilton

There was never a consencious in the Media that either Cloke or Walker were gone. They were more sure Boak was gone, and if you knew how close he was to leaving you wouldnt be surprised.

Finals success would be more important than Brownlow success ... but having said that, I expect he will have made his mind up before the half way mark of the season.

I would imagine a lot would go on behind the scenes with guys like Justin Reid. I would say his job (so far) would be to work on areas we are weak on (player retention) and work out a way to keep our current players whilst also allowing us the opportunity to spare enough change for a FA (or someone like Aish). Some smarter thinking in this area will go a long way with the AFC.
