Chicken chef on main North road does the best chips (assuming they're still there).

Had a chat about chicken chef after a grand final maybe 4 years ago. Went to the holden hill one and was very disappointed.

Remember going to main north road one as a kid, but not the taste.

Ok next Crows home game, drink responsibly and go to the Blue and White ask for a home madr dimsim and a bbq sauce AB.

Then the following Crows home game do the same except go to the Red and White

For best effect do it at nightime around midnight

Then report back.

Hell yeah, I reckon they were the first place in SA to introduce chicken salt about 30 years ago...think they are still there too, Villis have opened up another cafe a door or two down if I remember

I used to work at a shop next door to the main north road one. The smell that came from that place could skin a cats back. Just thinking about it no makes my stomach churn.

I keep hearing this but it is totally not true in my opinion. Average at best. There's a little mom & pop chip shop on Regency road Blair Athol that has the best chips in town.

Finally, a topic I have something to contribute on!

Cafe Verde at Fairview Park is our personal fave.

Yeah, their meat lovers is excellent. Used to go there with a mate quite often before he moved to Unley. Speaking of, Hyde Park Pizza in Unley is quite good too.

Long way out of the way, but the Paradise Pizza in St Agnes does a great meat lovers too.

Blue and white, easily. Their chicken kebabs are the best guilty midnight snack in Adelaide.
