The other thing to do, which I find really works, is to grate fresh ginger into boiling water, to make a tea + sip it all day. Or if you like freshly squeezed juices, have apple, pear + lots of fresh ginger, which I find picks you up quickly.

Cataholic, do you go to footy games at KP? If so, please consider coming to the pre-game drinks at Lord of the Isles tavern for Rd 18 Crows games. It sounds like quite a few BF peeps are going along.

I wish that I had a Kippah. I have actually searched the internet to see if I could buy a Navy and white hooped one but to no avail. You would think that the AFL would have Kippahs in club colors.

That is generally the go. Some may get a meal in the lounge first. But the blue collar blokes will be in the beer garden, probably opposite the big screen sipping on an ale.
