Sydney v geelong is another example of RFC's problem . Geelong have great top 4-5 and the rest are soft c graders. whereas sydney have 10-15 b graders who when played alongside each elevate to a graders.
Mitchell is a long way off an a grader and will struggle is a lesser midfield, is possibly their 5 best midfielder.

Don't draft blokes who can't win their own ball and who can only play one role.
