Bruest and Hartung IMO. O'Meara is a huge risk but Mitchell will make an immediate difference.

From what I can make of it Brisbane and Crows are happy with pick 13 and CEY it is down to Rockliff agreeing to to money offered by us. If we offload Mackay surely we can up it by 100k.

Probably no different to many, given no hawks player is earning over $650k.

The other factor in the HH situation is that Port know that there list doesn't cut it and they are in a bad place by trading all their recent early picks out. They need to stock up for their re-build. A second will get it done.

Has the Rockliff talk cooled? Haven't heard much recently.

Hard to know whether it's because there was nothing here in the first place or if there's just been nothing to report and with the GF focus has been elsewhere.

Last year there was some early gods re Menzel, then nothing until the Friday of the first week of trade week I think. His manager I think was quoted early in trade week as saying there was no truth to the rumour as well.

From memory there was a fair bit re Hampton early, then things went kinda quiet for a while, but it was treated as though it was a bit of a fait accompli.

Things will start to clear up late this week/early next week.
