No chance. It takes about 3-4 months to edit and publish once the completed manuscript is handed in. So basically means he needs it done by February

Yeah. Seems a very likely theory to me.
I think Tyrion seems a bit short. Dany has dragons, army, navy, heritage - pretty much everything needed to rule. $17 for Ser Davos and Yara is ridic. No way either of them gets to rule.
