BANNER NOTES

A NEW Showdown tradition has begun — and in good time considering some were suggesting last week that the Port Adelaide-Crows derby had lost its ability to create hype (and who would be responsible for that?)

So the challenge is before the Adelaide Football Club cheer squad. Can you remove enough of those corporate ads from the banner to create a witty and entertaining run-through banner for Showdown 44 whenever this derby may unfold, perhaps in September with the AFL finals or in April next season.
