The others, mozzies spread illness and disease. Yeah, squash them. Spiders can cause severe harm and death even. I only kill if it's one of those types, otherwise try try to catch and remove.

Only animal life I freely take are mice.

I was at a big nightclub to see the new year in. Looked at the time and saw that midnight had arrived but no countdown. Then the DJ put on some cringeworthy pre-recorded grunting countdown and most people were looking around thinking 'You're 45 seconds late matey'. There's no point celebrating something that depends on exact timing if you're not going to be accurate.
