Umm ok - I am absolutely convinced now.....lol.
But seriously - I know you believe but I remain incredibly skeptical.

If he can set up Bolton and Pompeo for big falls, that would be a big step in the right direction.Because nothing I have seen is “draining the swamp” - it’s a easy piece of rhetoric to sell to a public angry with government.
I'm going to start arguing the same way you do.Nah .
That's a very good analogy, I like it.Trump draining the swamp is like a government that repaints lines on the road and tell us they are fixing our motorway. Nothing changes but they remain busy telling us they are changing.

Poison ivy?No Trump is the flower blooming
Yeah, the only things he has close to coherent policy is an adjustment to TPP and.......The flaw in that plan is he's incapable of developing coherent policies let alone a plan to execute them.
He's playing a character. He isn't the character.
He got shot in 1980 in nycWell, Set me straight instead of falling back on that old chestnut. Did Trotsky leave NY with $1M ?
Did Lenin leave Germany on the secret train at the same time even though WW1 was happening?
Its a valid point. If he kept of twitter then the lack of policy really wouldnt matter or the policy that does happen gets the fresh air to be discussed. I also said as the above. Stay off twitter and half if not more of the last 3 threads disappearThe flaw in that plan is he's incapable of developing coherent policies let alone a plan to execute them.

SK disagree. The change in NK is more about Chinese policy than anything the Orange Emperor is doing.

Peace with a rogue nuclear state is bad for the US? What about the citizens of SK and NK having to live in anxious fear every day? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you are placing the importance of money over the importance of peace.Strategically Trump is making a huge mistake for the US if he caves to normalisation with NK. But the Chinese with the help of NK now have him boxed in.
The Chinese are playing the long game. Personally Trump is too (as usual while selling out his country).

Really crap arguing, mate. You just keep putting new sets of words in my mouth that bare no real relationship to what was said in the first place, while ignoring the responses. You should ask yourself why you're arguing like that, and try to avoid it in the future.wait, so getting china to maintain the status quo is them backing off? china wants the status quo maintained. they dont want to invade, but that means no independence moves.
if usa leaving south korea is the price for china doing what its doing now, deal done already
Nice company you keep Donald.Birds of a feather flock together.Gee no wonder Cohen is being investigated. Rather lengthy story on his background, involved in so many shady businesses including a number of links to Russia/Russians. Lock Him Up!Nice company you keep Donald.

And if you think that criticism is a cop-out, you can have a direct response too - you're now claiming that China wants the status quo in Taiwan maintained, which is highly arguable, and that the US should withdraw from SoKo on the basis of "China doing what its doing now". That's the US and its allies giving up a key strategic outpost next to two Communist nations, one of which is a professed enemy, in exchange for... the 'status quo'? They already have that, obviously. Why would you do a deal to get what you already have? The whole point of these things is about managing the threat of what may happen, in the face of North Korea being bloody awful to its people.
To back off on the south China seaIf its not independance, not recognition, what is it? What are u wanting from china in return for us troops leaving?
