It doesn't need to be "behind the scenes" or leaked. There has been plenty of evidence in the public realm for a long time. It's just that Trussians keep bleating 'there's no evidence' and some dullards believe them.

Even Trump will most of the time add the specific "no evidence of collusion" or just say "no collusion". O course, he is foremost only caring about himself, so ignores the evidence and guilty pleas that have effected others.

The other thing is the lawsuit is against Russia, their intelligence agency, certain Russians and others, not just Republicans or Trump.

Others are speculating that the Democrats smell blood in the water and are just ensuring that they do everything they can to help the Mueller probe against the Trussians (I like that one). Because no matter how many mushrooms say that the Mueller probe is the work of Democrats, they could not be further from the truth, but then truth isn't something Trump and his fans know the meaning of.

Exactly, Trumps problems stem from the fact that he took political and legal advice from Jared Kushner....and himself.

From all reports everyone said leave Comey alone because he doesn't have the powers that the SC has, but oh no he thought a 33 yr old millionaire brat that's married to his daughter was a better strategist. Lol
