signs of a few melbourne players not wanting the ball. cheap taps and soccers creeping in.Melbourne dominated the first but played dumb football. Kicking long inside 50 again and again. Ditto poor goal kicking cost then a solid lead.
Second term they’ve been utterly boxed in and it’s purely by playing conservative football and not taking risks on the rebound.

Yeah nah. I hate Richmond with a passion but they are incredibly well coached and I can’t see their small pressure forward set up being beaten in any high intensity match to be honest.Fun fact - Richmond have beaten the bottom two sides and are currently beating the 14th placed side. They have also beaten the Hawks who are rubbish.
Would definitely try to get Brayshaw over here if he was cheap. Looks quality on both sides and hunts the ball.
This is the best I’ve seen him play for a couple of years I reckonWould definitely try to get Brayshaw over here if he was cheap. Looks quality on both sides and hunts the ball.
****ing bullshit heyUmpires all over the tigers it's pathetic. Gotta feel bad for the Demons in that third quarter. Umpires too piss weak to ping Martin.
That’s what I thought at the end of last season. But I can’t help feel that the whole club has bought into the system - they’re all B graders but they are so damn consistent.Feel Richmond have a soft underbelly. They've got Martin, Cotchin, Rance and Houli that really draw some more average players into the game offensively. If you break even in the guts and shut down those two defenders you'd gut most of their run.
Bloody Dees giving up and letting tiges take 1st on the ladder
He's gonna cost a **** load and is probably a few head knocks away from retirement. This is the best I’ve seen him play for a couple of years I reckon
They do seem to play for each other. They all have their roles and they do them very well. Plus they have basically zero injuries right now. Which means that all those B graders have to play well to keep their spots. That’s what I thought at the end of last season. But I can’t help feel that the whole club has bought into the system - they’re all B graders but they are so damn consistent.
Reminds me of St Kilda under Lyon and Collingwood under Malthouse
