Wouldn’t be surprised if Sos sounded him out to be coaching director over Teague a couple weeks ago.poor old ross, it was all just a a bounce away........
Aph is there any chance you have more of this sort of content? Ralph, Cornes, Landsberger etc who smashed SOS and Carlton 10 weeks ago and now going completely back on their word.
Didn’t someone on this forum said we’re offered a godfather offer???..never was on our radar

It's relevant to the thread now that a itk heavyweight has called out another itk heavyweight...Banned all Ross Lyon talk please
Not Carlton related and I couldn't care less
Please don't clog up bluemour discussion thread
I'm not refuting what you heard at all, may well have been true at the time but since Lyon has been sacked and we know he and SOS/Lloyd have a connection. Just wondering what the likelihood that Lyon may return to Carlton in some capacity as either a line coach, coaching mentor or director of coaching etc. If indeed we were interested in him at some stage and he wasn't interested in us, he's available now?
I actually would not mind him as a line coach or to just have him in the box in some capacity with Teague at the head. Reckon he would be a great asset in some capacity. Think it might be good to have a senior, experienced coach in our team who has been in the game a long time without being out of it.
Still don't care I like coming on here to discuss "blue" moursIt's relevant to the thread now that a itk heavyweight has called out another itk heavyweight...
This constant bashing of media personalities and journalists is getting tiresome...
There's nothing wrong/inconsistent with what he said there.
Low hanging fruit... easy pickings.
I suppose the old 'rolling eyes' emoji is an easy substitute when one cannot, or does not have the ability or desire to formulate an opinion.
There's a few here, and I'll put my hand up of being guilty of this in the past.
strong blumour we are going places in 2020 and beyond - how's that?Still don't care I like coming on here to discuss "blue" mours
You must have missed the part where 90% of this thread is rubbish not related to any rumour then.Still don't care I like coming on here to discuss "blue" mours
That's trueYou must have missed the part where 90% of this thread is rubbish not related to any rumour then.

SOS not walking out to Freo anytime soon with his best mate getting sacked. Position more attainable at Carlton since the gap closing for pick swap.
I agree GWS should go for him. Leon Cameron is average, atleast Ross has been there before
him and lucas - kill me.........Matty Lloyd truly was a beautiful set shot. Even that half time kicking competition he did against Carey a while back, still could nail them dead straight every time.
lyon entertaining? in what galaxy? And at least Ross’s pressers are far more entertaining, which might attract a little more interest in GWS from the largely disinterested Sydney public. Personally, I watch more of Ross’s pressers than I do of Freo’s games - much more fun, much less predictable, and much more attack-oriented. My personal favourite was back in 2014 when Freo had been badly beaten by the Hawks, and a brave / foolhardy journo asked him if, at any point, he’d allowed himself to sit back and enjoy an outstanding mark that Cyril had taken. Ross dryly said something along the lines of “I get that he’s a great player, and if we were 20 and 0 I might have sat back, got the popcorn out and enjoyed Cyril’s mark a little more, but we’re not so I didn’t”.
Actually that’s a great ideaMight need a stand alone thread.![]()
I live regionally Thy, so I suppose in a galaxy far, far away ...lyon entertaining? in what galaxy?
