Got some juicy trade news right here for you all. Beryl from accounts swapped her cheese and gherkin sandwich today for a half sucked Chuppa Chup and a roll of clear packing tape with Kevin in the warehouse. Kev put the sanger in the fridge and is gonna use it on Monday when Davo gets back from annual leave to upgrade to a strawberry Freddo Frog. Davo loves his gherkins.

I might be in the minority here, but I really like the way trade week plays out. Today was fascinating with the Saints/Freo offers/refusals,Fantasia backflipping,GWS/Saints pick swaps and all the various implications.
Sure, actual trades have been slow, but there has been plenty of action with all the various manoeuverings. No-one really knows how things will play out.
So many things could happen over the next few days and will build to a hell of a crescendo next Wednesday.

He had his best game of the year against the Dogs. If he played like that every week then I’d take him. Unfortunately I don’t think he regularly hits that standard.

They do a trade wrap show every night, other than that it's pretty much all replays of games.

Steven would be handy for us. A point of difference in midfield and could play small forward. Someone mentioned this earlier hadn’t thought of it. Bruce and Steven for 13 and a one of our thirds. Won’t happen and sure he will be at Geelong but if they can’t agree and Cats walk away I wonder if he would still be interested in a fresh start after his issues and another club could make a play. Good footballer obviously, fresh start may be appealing even if not as close to home as Geelong.
As we've done bugger all so far we must be going for a Bradbury type win....
FAT Steven won’t go to us, he wants to be by the beach.
Such a bad choice given his mental health issues. Remember that the trade is prompted by him and not the Saints.
