"Mick Malthouse has hit back at claims that Collingwood accepted a culture of racist jokes, saying he never heard any racist language during his 12-season stint at the club. ..."

I'm not gonna say Collingwood definitely has a racism issue because I don't know.

But this response sounds exactly like when a bloke is outed for sexual assault/molestation and people come out saying they 'know him and he's such a good guy it can't be true'.

Kage 'n Corney blaming McLeod again.. jeezus
The more they all talk, the more Andrew McLeod's position is justified and the less chance of reconciliation.
Here's a thought their ambassadors might want to employ to diffuse this thorny issue........ get Eduardo Betts, Charlie Cameron or even CEY on air to back their argument.

The Eddie Betts who was never the same player again after a camp in which the hosts disrespected sacred Aboriginal artefacts? You reckon that Eddie Betts is gonna back their argument?

Actually the three he listed couldn't have been worse examples.

I don't think there'd be an indigenous ex-player from the Crows who'd scramble to come to their aid to counter McLeod's statements. If their 2 x Norm Smith Medallist doesn't feel welcome, do you think Eddie Hocking, Graham Johncock or Troy Bond hang out with Rod Jamerson and Nigel Smart in a social sense at the club.

Just like he was unaware of any drug use or inappropriate off field behaviour at any of his teams

I could be wrong but I think even Tony Armstrong has recently posted a pic with a Swans and Collingwood Guernsey. The other was nowhere to be seen.

^ yeah no kidding

Is Thicky Maltshake suffering relevance deprivation. I thought he was at his best when he vanished from football after Bucks took his crown.

KG and Wrinkles both hate Port and love the Camry Crows. As an official ambassador of an organisation whose sole reason for existing is to spite the Port Adelaide Football Club of course anything Ambassador Wrinkles does in the media has an anti-Port bias. Why anyone would waste their time listening to that pair of senile Port haters is beyond me.
Because there’s no SA sat am option on SEN
Oh and some of the callers are entertaining

Wasn’t Chance Bateman Hawthorn’s first indigenous player.

There are currently zero AFL teams based in WA so why would the WA border being closed require Geelong players to go int a isolation hub next month?

Because the WA clubs have kicked up a fuss and the AFL have assured them they'll be based in Perth for the back half of the season. If the borders aren't open, clubs will have to hub in Perth. And that could include Geelong.

Brisbane had a free kick in the centre with 19 seconds to go then Jarryd Lyons stupidly got it reversed and Freo got a goal on the siren out of it.

Lyons should be getting ripped to shreds in the quarter time huddle right now.

It certainly didn't help him that it was Sonny 'Greg Louganis' Walters that he bumped.
