One thing you notice when they get the captains on the mic is that the bowlers generally have nfi what to do or what their plan is and the captain basically tells them what ball to bowl and even then they don't execute what's asked very often. Half the time it doesn't even seem like they're listening.

I don't know if it's because the bowler is too scared to tell the captain what they want to bowl or they are in fact just clueless of the tactics.

Mickey mouse league, mickey mouse tactics. Every ball in the crunch is on the fly on a whim.
