5 seniors + a couple of duds, we should still be playing 15 players under 23 yo per game.We always have just enough injuries that our duds play
Doedee started calling himself Lazarus and jinxed himself in the process.Jake was dropped twice last year. But each game he missed Doedee got injured and he was straight back.
I wish Jones had that kind of rig.Jones ..
fmd Gollant still looks like an U/16er .. he's going to be 6 meals a day for a while yet
What did he do to Chayce ?

That’s because fever tree tastes like slightly bitter lemonade. I don’t know why people love it so much. It’s is only premium for the US market because it uses sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.Interestingly Fever Tree Tonic is worse than Schweppes View attachment 1045020

Kelly is a good senior guy to have as backup. The issue comes, like it did with Kyle Cheney a bit were coaches like the consistency they bring due to their experience and overlook youngsters with more potential. We always have just enough injuries that our duds play
Nope. With the exception of Jack Payne, almost all our players have leaned out over the preseason. Is it just me or are players from all clubs back on the show muscles again?
Messed with his head. Made him play a totally different role that got him drafted in the 1 st place. Jones in the end was that uncertain of how Godden wanted him to play, he was standing on the outside of packs ball watching. It was cruel to have to watch it.
Worst part is if Jones has to play SANFL to start the year, he will have to contend with Godden as his coach again. Hopefully the psyche the club sent him to at season's end will keep his head straight. Time will tell.

What's worse is the opposition knows that so they cover other options and leave Kelly open as the next link in the chain. Gives then time to set up downfield for the intercept/counter attack. The problem with Kelly is that he's a momentum killer. If you value a game plan, style or playing a certain way, he simply shouldn't get selected as he ruins it.
Even during the preseason training photos, he looks under immense pressure a bit miserable. That's not surprising, I posted in season that the expression on Jones' face at a quarter break huddle was as if he was about to cry. He just looked like he was under that much pressure.
He's a very serious kid, need to learn to relax.Even during the preseason training photos, he looks under immense pressure a bit miserable.
Hope he gets over the hump.

There were games where we appeared to have him running with opposition players. That's not surprising, I posted in season that the expression on Jones' face at a quarter break huddle was as if he was about to cry. He just looked like he was under that much pressure.
Which is why if we have the likes of Milera, Hamill, McPherson & Doedee instead, our ball movement will be far better. What's worse is the opposition knows that so they cover other options and leave Kelly open as the next link in the chain. Gives then time to set up downfield for the intercept/counter attack.
