personally i hate the footy show and love before the game

personally the rubgy footy show about 3 years ago when they had fatty and the regs and all their crazy ****, almost heroes n stuff, was A+ entertainment, stay up sometimes till 12-1am just to watch it, best laugh all week.

Best of has some real classy entertainment on it

Personally, I hate everyone on Before the Game, with none of them knowing wtf theyre talking about, and The Footy Show is full of d1ckheads and immature idjits. Of course thats why i watch it
Still, at least they talk about football on 'On The Couch'

i cant choose between the footy show and before the game! i love them both! both have excellent stars. i guess if i had to pick one, i'd pick footy show - it's longer so it can cover more stuff, and sometimes has some great sketches/routines, unlike before the game rushing through the scores and helliar telling lame jokes and dressing like a mullet-headed twat.

Yeah it was, bit of a pleasant suprise. Hope its as 'confrontational' all year and we might see some verbal or even physical "fireworks" later on in the year

Before the Game actually works as a television show. The Footy Show is what seems like 3 hours of technical errors, penis jokes, awkward pauses and class discrimination.

I don't know, it's a tough call.

Footy Show fairly comfortably. I watch BTG and get a laugh despite that vile and incredibly unfunny character "straunie" who should be drawn and quartered. Hellier himself is funny on Rove but despicable in his role as a Collingwood fan. Sam Lane is awful as well. The only one that really makes it worth watching is the always funny Hughsie.

They are both funny shows. You're guaranteed to get a laugh from watching either. I slightly prefer TFS because you're also gonna get the serious stuff like the interview with Hay last week, plus they look more into the games etc.
With BTG you're gonna get some cheap laughs, good show, but some of the stuff is so stupid you have to laugh. Like last nights when Nick Davis was in the Darth Vader suit .
Nothing was better than AGS of 2005. Garry Lyon, JB and Sam at their best. Pity they couldn't bring that material on to TFS.
