May looking likely now as March is the SA state election and they probably dont want them overlapping.

95% sure it'll be May.

Certainly not before Christmas with how things are going. They can go in March and postpone the SA election, but I expect they'd prefer an extra two months of plundering the treasury.

They may well go in with expectation of losing (again) the way things are going. Loot/wreck as much as they can in the meantime and hope soft media coverage saves them again.

It's starting to look increasingly possible that some % of business may well hold their nose and vote for Albo in preference to us becoming an international pariah and copping the economic fallout which results from that.

The fact that Sqomo can't prosecute any economic case within his own party to get them united behind a more realistic stance on climate change will not be lost on business. They surely see that the intractable elements of the Coalition are determined to run the economy into the ground over misguided ideology and won't be changing their stance any decade soon.
