Essendon legend James Hird has reportedly moved a step closer to a return to AFL clubland.

Hird has agreed to share his wisdom and football expertise with GWS this weekend, where he is expected to address the clubā€™s leadership group as well as their emerging leaders.

The report says the Giants are willing to work with Hird in a mentoring or assistant coach role next year, although no formal offer or approach has been made

What would be kind of funny is if everyone gets completely bored with Bruce Francis' latest cry for attention and somehow due to nobody turning up to fight it, the 34 get exonerated. Then Sam Mitchell and Trent Cotchin will have to hand back their Brownlows.

Now I find out Nokia have released a 2021 model ... I can only assume as a tribute to the 6310 day anniversary of that sad day?
Vote early and vote often is what I always say when checking my name off at the election booths on voting day. Occasionally it gets a laugh.

If you see angel number 6310, the message relates to the field of money and personal development and says that Attempting to get all the benefits of the world as if by magic can lead not only to significant financial losses, but also to the loss of your self-confidence. Do not lose it. After all, it was too presumptuous of you to expect a different result.

"Essendon is notorious for not having won a final since September 4, 2004 and is mocked routinely by opposition fans for the streak, which now stands at 6311 days."

Roll out a 5 year plan and then keep the same old boring - no impact - captain.
