Miller probably isn't the guy to go one on one with Hawkins. He's more of a second or third tall type at the moment, which makes him hard to fit in.

Gibcus would get murdered on either Hawkins or Cameron though.
Gibcus is going to turn out ok but atm you take away his run at the ball it might as well be Baker up against Hawkins etc.
Least Miller has abit of size to him.

In those conditions, getting it in is the goal. Carlton were great and rushing the behind and getting the ball out of bounds last night. Put the sting out of the contest and meant we could tackle in our forward half as much. Smart from Voss, it was clearly spoken about.

Funny story about Docherty. My uncle worked at Carlton on the weekends as the doorman to the rooms. He used to go to the mad Mondays just to make sure the players were all ok (few stories about that) and one day, Docherty who was on the piss, went up to my uncle and pretty much told him that no one wants him here and that he should piss off.

He replied back pretty much saying if you dont like it, speak to the club and deal with it.

He should have been dragged and given a warning from Dimma after that, it could have been a two goal turnaround for us, instead it was for the Blues.

One of the concerning things about the team at the moment is how after a good first half where we lead teams by 5+ goals we fade away to lose games or almost lose games.

We lost against Carlton (Rd1), Saints and Sydney in such away and almost lost to Carlton tonight and Port last week (Granted it was a 26 point lead against Port). Why is this the case? Are the players unfit? Are they not mentally switched on for the whole game?
