He was at least playing senior footy at the time. Allison looks like he's below most of the VFL list players most weeks. He's going to have to come from a long way back to even play senior footy at the moment. If I was to guess he won't play a game before we delist him at the end of his contract. Hope I'm wrong.

I suspect that they gave Alison the extra year, because he still had a long way to go and they didn't want him to feel pressured.
If you look back, most young players , contracted or not get past 2 years.

Though this is an interesting piece from a guy who only made 2.
Seems he recognises his shortcomings too.

I'm with you on this one.

It just means a list spot wasted for mine, we should have delisted him at the end of this year and tried another kid.

I hope I'm wrong, he seems like he has the right attitude etc but his output is way off the pace.

23 played seniors, then confirmed absent were Coffield, Gresham, Hannebery, Geary, Billings, Ryder, Adams, Battle, Highmore, McKenzie, Hayes.

Playing twos were Byrnes, Bytel, Kent, Allison, Connolly, Campbell, Joyce, Heath.

Not sure on Peris, he hasn't been mentioned for weeks.

You can mate, took me a while to work out how to do it on the AFL app

It will only work if you go through the homes screen of the AFL app. Right up the top it will say Live VFL: 2 games

Click on that, choose the game and it will come up with the cast signal in the right hand corner
