They are doing it very slowly, but are getting to the inverse jumper eventually. Which was always going to be the best option. My kids play for NewtownFNC and they where Essendon colours and their inverted clash jumper looks great, better than anything Essendon have ever done and they are a local level footy club.

Yeah this is bad. I can't think of any other back sponsors that are so cramped (i.e. close to the number). I wouldn't even care so much about the size of said sponsors if they weren't so bunched up. Feels like an oversight.

I think because RSEA and Chery take up 2 lines of advertising is what makes it look so cramped.

Probably couldn't have that much black on it, since it's a clash uniform.

I actually like that Essendon jumper.

Solid black sash would probably still be better but it’s kinda unique but also simple which I like.

I pitched the reverse of that years ago. I ended up settling for a double sash version with a thinner black sash underneath.

Looks good. They change it every couple of years so this or something very similar to it will happen one day soon.
