My current team. I think ive settled on it. Daicos, Bont, English & Jackson are the 'spine' of my team. Then its mostly keepers that hopefully have a fair bit of upside. Then my forwardline mid-pricers and plenty of mid/forward rookies.

It's different which I like, and I think you can afford to take in a keeper or two less than usual with the extra trades this year; however, between Macdonald, NWM and Coleman, and to a lesser extent, Fisher, Newcombe and Martin (plus the certain non-keeper mid-pricers like Zilliams, Berry, Fyfe and Jordon), you're leaving yourself a bit too much to do trades-wise.

I'd look at reducing your big mid bench spend a little and using that cash to upgrade someone like Macdonald/Coleman/NWM to a proper SP, then maybe going one up, one down with two of the other midpricers. Do that, and you'll likely have two extra keepers off the bat.

Personally, I think you can justify one of Bont and English, but two is a big ask as it spreads you pretty thin elsewhere (plus there's a ton of value in the mids in particular this year).

but the bloke is built like a brick shitehouse. and appears to be playing a relatively sc friendly role on the wing.

He was actually playing out of defence in the the McKenna rôle probably why he’s not confident of playing Connor Likely missing the first 2 rounds with a slight chance to return against the Magpies

Zerrett down was one I was considering, though I worry it leaves me a little thin for top end mids given I'm only starting 5.
I was hoping Ryan down to Newman would get me there but alas, less than 12k short.
McKercher or Windsor the other possibilities if some decent rooks emerge.

Does it still fully lock ahead of Round Zero later? Like we will have to use two trades to make changes next week for all and any player?

Or our teams will still be fully open to making unlimited changes until next week? Even for teams playing this week.

Or will we see partial locking? Unlimited moves for all non playing teams this week until next week. But you would have to use a trade next week, if say you wanted to bring Oliver in if he scores big this week?

I doubt I stick with Rowell either. I think he improves this year but the Sun's in general are a wait and see.

Flick Zilliams once he’s made $150k… IF, IF he makes $150k

Flandereseses - I think he averages 95ish if the role is there. Touk, Ando and Rowell may have a say in that.
I’m taking Touk with the same bye and Uber scoring history for $50k more.

Assess Windsor in round 0 and there’s probably better options than Watson in that bracket.

Any more questions and they’re going to cost you a small fortune and your sanity.
