I agree, very average player. Had a couple of good years at the croms and been incredibly average since, a liability. At best he comes out of a game on scratch at worst he’s a plus 10.

Corr is leading the dumb decisions made per match stat currently at 4.7 a game. He also is leading the Bag Your team mates out at 6.3 a game. I am going to place some chicken wire in front of my plasma this week if he plays. It should hold off any stubbies I throw at the TV when he goes near the ball from breaking my TV

The chicken wire sort of worked for the Blues Brothers masquerading as the Good Ole Boys. Harsher critics amongst us may suggest that we have a few blokes masquerading as AFL players.
To be somewhat fair to Corr, he is coming off yet another injury interruption and is ‘leading’ a KPD lineup that tends to look like a teenage boy dancing with their unreasonably attractive aunt. The question could be asked as to whether he is the most awkward looking one at the moment though.

The "now" is hardly irrelevant when we need to become competitive. Longer term he won't be here.

Greenwood can also be rotated through the midfield, particularly around stoppages. At times we've been getting mauled in the midfield because we've lacked a bigger body there. He's already done it relatively successfully for us in the past. I genuinely think that Greenwood is underrated by many on this board. His versatility is something we need to take advantage of. Duursma could be rotated through CHF as a mobile marking option when Greenwood rotates through the midfield.

They can and do create matchup problems - when matched up on similar sized players and when we don't kick to an outnumbered Larkey every second entry.

Gun midfielders break tags. Greenwood is too slow to do anything positive in our midfield. For every good thing he does, his opponent hurts him equally or more the other way

A very similar rhetoric was the norm on here early last year after Corr came in again from an injury interrupted pre-season. Once he got up to fitness I felt that he was quite good.

Also he doesn't have Logue or McKay any more so is working with a very small and green backline.

Lastly the midfield aren't doing him many favors with the speed and ease that the ball is entering our defensive half.

I get the concerns with him atm, however dropping him will leave a backline with minimal experience - won't happen imo.

If he going to have double doughnuts in key stat fields then it doesn’t matter how green our backline is. He cant play like that.

You may be right and Corr not being dropped, doesn’t make it ok. There are justifications for why CCJ was in the team for so long, still didn’t make that ok either.

I get and understand what Clarkson and Co are trying to do.

Same could be said for Tucker, Corr, Stepho etc... why play any of those guys as they won't be part of the team when we're pushing top four? At least Greenwood has a crack.
