Ha ha. I was already thinking it but someone beat me to it.Christ…..merging the Tsatas and Parish debates…..this could end the forum!
At current pace that will take about 8-9 years…..Page 119 huh. I need to bookmark this page for when he wins a Brownlow and Norm Smith.
In seriousness, he has played 11 AFL games and this was a scrappy unofficial preseason game at a training venue. I'd wait until he plays at least 50 games.
By my calculations...At current pace that will take about 8-9 years…..

We'll leave the super stardom to Caddy, Kako and whoever we get this yearI have seen some improvement in his physical game across pre season. I do not think it will ever be a natural thing for him and I think all the break the lines stuff was basically fluff and myth . I never saw it at under 18 level. Sure he has some speed and as he plays more I think you will see it on the outside but I doubt we will ever see him breaking contests apart week in and week out. Not overly concerned with his tackling or lack of. He has shown last year he can step up in that area.
The think is he will always have question marks because he will never be the player some of his profiles projected him to be.
It is what it is. He will be a good player. He will find lots of the footy. I doubt he will ever be a super star.
gone early thereWe'll leave the super stardom to .. whoever we get this year
Fluff and myth that I was totally taken in by; I had him as a Chris Judd type!I have seen some improvement in his physical game across pre season. He reads the ball at an elite level, coupled with elite hands and above average speed. Even if he never breaks a tackle he's going to get an awful lot of clearances - and more importantly a lot of them will be quality, out the front ones.I have seen some improvement in his physical game across pre season. Kicking is one of the hardest things to improve. The best we can hope for is that he turns into an average kick.As he develops, his kicking will become more of a bigfooty thing than a normal person thing
Well he is the perfect candidate for "Just kick it! UGH why did you kick it there?!"As he develops, his kicking will become more of a bigfooty thing than a normal person thing
And we have the perfect fanbase for it. It truly is kismetWell he is the perfect candidate for "Just kick it! UGH why did you kick it there?!"
I have no real issues with it. I did prefer someone else but I can see that Tsatas can be a good player and always said that despite the reservations I had he was a bit of a jet. I see him as someone who can get to an Adam Treloar level. Good player but not elite. If he plays 200 games at around that level then it is an okay result. There will be plenty who will not see it that way given we have struggled to draft a super star for a while but it is what it is.He reads the ball at an elite level, coupled with elite hands and above average speed. A taller, slightly faster Parish is how I see it. Is that a Judd/Dangerfield superstar? Maybe not, but I would take it from pick 1 let alone pick 5.
If he's half as good as Treloar he'd do well. Treloar can actually run and carry the footy and breaks lines. How often have you seen Tsatas run and carry the footy more than 15 metres? His ceiling is more a more explosive Matt Crouch imo. A first possession from stoppage player. He won't be the star people hope, but hopefully will just play his part in a midfield group that has other weaponsI have no real issues with it. How many full pre seasons has Tsatas had ? we are talking about a bloke who missed half of his top age under 18 footy and then had issues in his first two pre seasons. This is a bloke who has only now had a incident free pre season. Hard to be a break the lines player if you do not have the fitness base. They have kept him in his lane while they have worked on a few of the issues in his game. The more he builds the more you will see the run.If he's half as good as Treloar he'd do well. Tsatas in 10 years time will be used in revisionist history arguments on this very forum about how Dodoro wasnt that bad at list management.
Yeah, yeah.Yeah, nah.
Glad we didn’t pick that Ginbey squib… he’s sh!t
He wasn’t a Dodoro pick anywayTsatas in 10 years time will be used in revisionist history arguments on this very forum about how Dodoro wasnt that bad at list management.
Probably not. But he might make the conversation about how RFK went.Tsatas in 10 years time will be used in revisionist history arguments on this very forum about how Dodoro wasnt that bad at list management.
