Couple of tidbits:

1. Voss is safe - but all of his assistants are in the gun.

2. Harry being aggressively pursued by Sydney.

3. The club is no wiser re: TDK, never held any indication he was going to sign by a certain date.

4. Despite re-signing, Toby Conway on the table still from Geelong - and being offered to clubs (including us)

5. Jade Gresham wants out of Essendon, wants more midfield time - only mentioning due to his brothers NGA connection with us.

Voss will be safe while Cook is in charge. If things don't improve he won't be safe once Wright takes over

Whatever happens there will be big changes to coaching structure at years end

Makes perfect sense that Voss will be safe throughout this year. No point tossing him no matter what through this year and using an assistant when the club don’t rate the assistants.

Harry makes sense to Sydney but we would need a kings ransom including this and next years 1st (also have to factor in any picks they may get during trade week). Doubt if Harry went to Sydney it would be for players. Player swaps are pretty rare.

I’m expecting TDK to go and have a feeling Walsh will want out. Poo times but a mini reset could be on its way.

Some smart teams buy low and sell high. Just depends how you want to look at it.

I think it’s time to pivot a little and maybe bringing in a lot of top picks and a few smart trades is a good move.

But it’s all just rumours at this stage

Not unless he's tripled his tank. He couldn't run out games at St Kilda. I'd be unhappy offering him a spot. His brother has shown more heart in the U18's than jade has a senior player.

If we lose Harry, TDK and Walsh in one off season. That's not a mini rebuild. That's admission we need to start the rebuild again.
