Steele had it 16 times. He's done.

I don’t know about you but personally I am grateful to have attended and learnt so much.
Surrounded by 180 IQ eagles fans, whose intellect was only surpassed by their grace and physical presentation. A real treat!
Obviously there's no need to play them all at once BUT why would we play Brad Hill for the 2nd half of the year? Why not give those games to Arie or Hastie or Trav?
If Steele is hurt, why keep pushing him? Get Box and Windy and Owens and Pou and Jack Carroll in for a few games each.
Why play a half fit King? Give Keeler and Dodson and Boyd a look at FF. Rotate them ruck with Roma as it's probably what we plan to do with him at TDK anyway.
Would you bring Howard back or give Barrat and Taurus half a dozen games each?
We've seen enough from Collard and Hall to know they are worth keeping on. So why not rest them for a couple of games each and give Patrick Said a month to see what the level is like?
We might get pumped by 100 in a few games. We might shock a few teams and snag some upset wins. We might also find a couple of solid players, ala Garcia.
One thing is for sure though: There's no point rolling out this team week after week for games to be essentially decided on 'effort'.
We need to find players with skill, ASAP, because it's going to take a few years at least to build the bodies needed to play this way week after week after week.
The whole team needs a sports psych. It's hard to watch the team that beat Geelong and Port a few weeks ago and compare them to this. I know there's something to be said for a young team being inconsistent, but this is almost bi-polar levels of up and down.

How about this one? Butler in the leadership groupDecision is beyond bizarre
All time **** up
I didn't even think the umpiring was that bad,Marshall
Higgins
and Wilke
the rest can get in the bin.
we can moan about the shitful umpiring, but we were worse; we couldn't even string together two good runs of play back to back
They'll be important wins for the KuLcHa thoughSaints won’t get pick 3. They will win enough games to finish 11-12th. They will win a few games that don’t matter. Just like last year.

Quoting Einstein is a bit much… no selection would overcome poor effort and application. I reckon we bring back Bytel, Clavarino and our 2019 national draft haul.Arrogant team selection. Despite getting killed in the air last week there was seemingly no consideration to bringing in another tall and once again our lack of height was exposed. Flynn and Williams are plodders so today was the perfect opportunity to bring in Boyd or even Heath. McLennan was hardly knocking the door down and just looks a bit lost at this level. And how much longer do we let Collard produce 5-6 possession games without any consequences? Also had zero tackles today so not sure what he brings. I get that he is a still young and learning his craft but has barely touched it all season. Even last week when he doubled up in the VFL he couldn’t get near it. I know recruiting can be a hit and miss but somehow we keep drafting players with either poor skills, no appetite for the contest or low footy IQ. People bag Jones but he has a crack, finds the footy and at least takes the game on. And Box was very stiff to get dropped while others survived.
As Albert Einstein once said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" On the back of that effort I expect to see some changes next week.
For Hill to back up the Carlton game where he may have been the 15 point difference with that today?Yeah, both leaders who look like they can't be ****ed. Been defending Hill but he looks like it's time to take him out to pasture. Travaglia would offer more.
If 16 hours was normal throughout the competition, it wouldn't be used by Lyon as a pitch to lure outside players to the club lol
It is for usSurely you don't think that beating Port is some sort of accomplishment?
WTH is that? I just don’t understand it.And just think we train 1 less day a week than any other club
