Curtin is going to be a top 10 player in the comp down the track. We won the lotto getting in a position to draft him.

Max is of the highest quality...absolute A grade. Thilthrorpe was toohard to stop and Worrell has AA written all over him this season
He should be unfortunately the media haven’t known of worrell before halfway through this year

DC is going to be a menace in the future. His vision is amazing and he reads the play very well. He’s building quite nicely.

Worrell was fantastic

I don’t understand what our thinking is continuing to play Murphy and Smith in the same team when we should be blooding Draper.

Curtin bog .. breakout game. Need to play like that every week

Bad... Murphy.. did nothing again

Ugly... lynch
the last few games the half backs have looked to just pop the ball on curtin's head. beef has 10cm plus reach on every other wingman in the comp. stands under the ball when its his time to go too. will be a joy to watch his game develop and what position he settles.

After that game I am DONE with Nick's.
That man is a COMPLETE idiot and a TOTAL loser!!!!!
Subs off Rachelle after kicking 2 goals and showing plenty to give his love child Murphy a run who is a complete liability and shouldn't be on the list.
Why Draper didn't play that game is beyond me???
Nick's is the opposite of Blight.
Negative, weak, conservative coward.
We will NEVER win a premiership with this clown is charge. Bookmark that !!!
Is so hard to get excited when we have such a dud coach

Nah, I was on the Curtin train very early - you could see the kid has it. Our head moron didn't know how to use him.

This post was 12 months ago to the day in last years SANFL thread.

There were a few of us calling out to play him on the wing, was very obvious his attributes would shine in that position.

How come numpties on BF can see things that our highly paid professionals struggle with?

Good:
Curtin. Just wow. In my opinion that is pretty clearly the best full game that any Crow has played this season. Virtually flawless and contained everything. A nice set shot goal. A brilliant snap goal. A gutsy intercept spoil running back with the flight. Strong intercept marking. A brutal tackle winning a holding the ball decision. Brilliant ball handling and decision making. Multiple score assists by foot. Even threw in a running bounce (which directly led to a goal assist). This is a future top 25 player in the comp, make no mistake.

Dawson - excellent captain’s game.

Butts - annihilated the absolute fuqwit that is Tom Lynch, and simply cannot be dropped for Murray.

O’Brien - fought hard all game and comfortably took the points against Nankervis.

Berry - a very nice game

Michalanney - huge surprise to see him start inside 50, but took the points against their best player in Vlastuin, and kicking 3 was Shane Ellen-esque.

Thilthorpe - monster

Worrell - entering AA discussions

Keane - very good, and is such a clinical kick for a key defender

Bad:
Peatling - was terrible today, but I still love him

Keays - was terrible today, but I still love him

Murphy - I don’t think it’s necessary to pile on, but to say he shouldn’t be playing AFL footy would be somewhat of an understatement

Ugly:
Tom Lynch - seriously, what a dickhead. Absolutely finished as a player, and blatantly obvious that none of his teammates can even stand him. Enjoy your month off. I’m sure your output and leadership will be sorely missed.

There would be some good posts about Curtin being played on a wing as well. A number of posters here could see that he should be played there, and a bunch of others argued against it. I remember that discussion.
I did, wasn’t sure where his best position would be. Very happy to be proven wrong.
Maybe it was the cynic in me saying the club wouldn’t work out where to put him and how to best utilise him.
I am happy to be wrong, he was outstanding today and hope it continues

I thought he’d be a forward and in fairness I still think he’d be super there.

Good
Curtin
Butts
TT
Dawson
Max
Berry
Worrell

Bad
ANB is fumbly at the moment
Cumming quiet again
Soligo still waaay off his best
Fog well down
Walkers touch has gone

Ugly
Lynch, the punch AND the kick in the head
The Rachele sub
Murphy’s CBAs
ANB and Cumming have both been disappointing ultimately. ANB has the nous, experience and skill to be doing more.
