interesting clash.. freo need to respond after the Sydney loss.
Hawks can win on the road.
should be a good one

Close to an Elimination final this one... its looking like 14 wins will be needed to make finals. Drop this and Freo would need to win 2 of
Dogs away
Pies away
Port away
Lions at home

I think freo by 25-35 points or Hawthorn <5 points..

If Fremantle lose, a finals spot looks unlikely.

If Hawthorn lose, a top 4 spot looks unlikely.

Hawthorn are a better team. A top 4 quality side gets this one done and throws Fremantle's season into crisis.

Hawks by a couple of goals I reckon. I hope I'm wrong, for Geelong's top 4 chances.

Should be a ripper.

I'm going to Perth for it and never been to Optus before.

Freo deserve to be favourite at home but wouldn't be surprised if we pinch it.

Should be close either way
Enjoy Optus. I’m not sure if you’ve been to Perth before but you can use the Transperth app to plan your journey which is pretty handy.

Probably wise to get there a bit early if you’re not going with someone. People seem to struggle to find their way around the joint.

Last time we played there
He posts false stats all the time. Why bother fact-checking when you can continuously make a fool of yourself?

This one will feel like an early final - 2 teams desperate to win to make their case as a finals contender (Fremantle) and top 4 & Grand Final contender (Hawks). Anywhere but Optus & I'd have the Hawks winning comfortably but at home the Dockers are a much tougher proposition - I have a feeling the home team will find a way to get the points in a thriller.

I think Hawthorn's top 4 chances are still pretty unlikely to be honest.

It's ultra- competitive at the top, with a huge divide between the top 9 and the bottom 9 and Hawthorn have the hardest run home of any of the contenders. Freo in Perth, Addelaide in Adelaide, Brisbane in Brisbane and Collingwood. Need to win at least 3 of those with our poorer percentage I'd say, which is a pretty tough ask.

Geelong, for example, don't play anyone higher than 8th (every other game against the bottom 9). Stranger things have happened but I wouldn't be worried as a Cats fan.
