Such a disappointing result for the Crows. I spent most of my childhood in SA and I've always wanted to see Adelaide back up there competing for a flag.

This season was such a golden opportunity, and the Rankine shit just snuffed it all out. You need the Rankine / Rachele types in finals. The guys who can conjure something out of nothing to keep you in games when the momentum isn't going your way.

Nicks is no mastermind coach, but he did coach a side to a minor premiership. He can't be a useless moron with that achievement behind him. Finals are different, and this team had very little experience going in.

The real test now is can you back it up next season and stay relevant. I do believe the Crows will be up and about next season. I don't think we got to see Adelaide's potential on full display in these finals.

Years of making stupid mistake and never learn from them show he is a useless moron. He held back from playing Murphy and Smith this season so we thought he has finally learnt but then default back to selecting them. He held back from the defensive game which stuffed last year but default back closer to the Finals as he think defence win premiership, yes they do but not that type of defence. He played Curtin in the midfield who performed very well but default not to use him when Berry was sinking it up and then use Rachele as the sub so can only sub him in when the game was over.

Yep. It was after the Collingwood win. He came on here like has done all season carrying on like a twat after a win. We went at it. Both copped bans. He then started on the private messages. Next morning gave him the opportunity to apologise and he doubled down.

The more I think about it, the more our backline got lucky this year for being a top 2 defence.
Murray runs around like a headless chook, doesn’t have much game sense.
Keane over thinks everything and is a liability, but sometimes the risk is worth it.
Worrell is elite, Laird had a good year, Milera was good to watch coming out of defence.
Max will take the next step next year and go to Worrell’s level.
Hinge was really disappointing and Smith has to go. Prioritise Edwards and bring in Bond to free up Max.

Fogarty, like a few others went missing this finals series which hurt, no Rankine and 1/4 of Rachele in our forward half hurt. Tex has to call it a day, I love him but he’s a cooked goose. I think Dawson has to move into Tex’s role up forward.

Once again, as I said earlier, midfield speed has to be the number 1 priority and a young ruck to put pressure on the bumbling idiot ROB is the 2nd. Powell and Bailey would be good and I think the risk of Oliver and/Hollands at low cost is worth it, just don’t let them live together.

He was absolutely an "experience" selection all year. What good did it do in finals? 250 games of experience all leading to blazing at goal from 70m out to a Darcy Moore with no one else within 30m. Now Edwards will be expected to slot in and perform having zero experience.

It's playing Douglas and Jacobs in the last round when we knew they were leaving. It's dropping Phil Davis after a rising star nomination. It's playing Andy Otten in the Grand Final because he's a good story.

Regarding Smith starting to be selected again when he was even resigned to the fact he wouldn't see the AFL again.. panic, playing it safe and going back to that experience well.
