You'd hope we're not giving up too much more than this for Heath lol (granted, Reidy sucks)

Reidy is barely Colts standard. Even Jack Silvagni would be a bettet ruck option.

Now this is a player I'd be interested in

Throw him in next to Koz and set the record for the shortest starting midfield of all time.

On a serious note though, him and Koz rotating between midfield and forward would be a nice combo.

100% get that vibe as well. Lamb actually seeemed pis$$ed at him tbh. But again, if a player hasn't signed for so long, you'd think a plan would have been in place. Poor list management.
More Tim Lamb bashing. He can't just click his fingers and a defender appears out of nowhere. It's probably why he is so annoyed because we invested in the guy and he dicks us around and there are no suitable replacements. Not everything is Lamb's fault.

Me too. Huge potential despite his size, and fits an area of need too.

Would love him to be part of the Trac deal if we can’t get Humphrey.
Something like 6 or 7, Rogers and 17 for Petracca, 23 and 41 I'd live with. Then try and bundle up 17 and McVee compo to get higher in the first round (or get an extra first for next year).

It’s a small sample and many don’t rate the stats (but it’s better than nothing IMO) but Roger’s is one of the better kicks in the league in 2025. This is based on threat (likelihood of a kick to result in a score compared to average) and retention rating.

If Humphrey is untouchable and Rogers wants to move, with GC’s embarrassment of midfield riches and not enough opportunity, plus what sKing said about ball use and flexibility (Rogers is a forward/mid) it just seems to make sense.

Trac for 6 or 7 plus Rogers is feeling closer to the mark. Ideally a bit more coming in.

Don't think we're going to get three picks 20 and under for him tbh
Trac is probably worth three picks in that 5-20 range in this year’s draft but the problem is GC needing the points for matching. So they actually are valuing those picks higher than Melbourne or probably any other club would.

I reckon that's about where they start and then wait to see if we blink
Even in a crap draft, don't see them starting with three firsts given that they need points for their academy picks

GC have a shitload to play with if Roger’s also an option. Would take him in a heart beat as part of a deal.

We could have picks 27/41/55/Mcvee compo to help them with picks which could include 33+ something else.

Just occurred to me that I might have been remembering Lombard and Rogers as the same person given they're extremely similar archetypes. Good lord they've had a lot of academy players

Tim Lamb needs to be more like Lemon Grab and less like Tim Lamb: This deal is, unacceptable to the Melbourne Football Club...
